The same philosophy is reflected in our visual identity. Inspired by the QR code, a small symbol that revolutionized the way we live, it reminds us that the world can be changed with mere simplicity. Purple stands for our boldness in creativity, and yellow for our optimism and energy. Coming together, for inspiring a new way of thinking.

Pankaj is a 54-year-old BE and MBA graduate with over 30 years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, and Brand Strategy. As the founder of Purple Focus,
Fusion Events, and Wondertech Entertainment, Pankaj has earned a reputation as a
creative leader in the industry. His exceptional leadership has been recognized through prestigious accolades, including the Most Promising Entrepreneur Award conferred by Enterprise Asia in 2011 and the Influential Retail Leaders Award at the Asia Retail Congress 2016.
Pankaj is renowned for his creative vision and deep understanding of consumer
behavior. Pankaj's expertise lies in strategic brand thinking and delivering innovative
solutions across diverse sectors. His leadership philosophy is centered on
creating long-lasting client relationships while fostering sustainable growth through
integrity, simplicity, and creative excellence. Pankaj is a regular on the speaker circuit
sharing his wisdom at management gatherings and colleges.
Mohit Tiku - Co-Founder
Mohit Tiku, 54 years old, has built an impressive career spanning over three decades in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development. His
Educational background includes a BE and an MBA, providing a solid foundation for his
Professional journey. Throughout his career, Mohit has held significant leadership positions at renowned companies such as International SOS, ABB, Blue Star, First Advantage, and Allegis Group. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Mohit founded Idonneous Marketing and subsequently Insigniter Marketing, showcasing his ability to create and lead successful business ventures.
In addition to his business pursuits, he demonstrates a commitment to Social Responsibility by serving as a trustee of The Open-Door Foundation.
Mohit's expertise lies in developing comprehensive FMCG marketing strategies that span both modern and general trade channels. He has a particular focus on rural frameworks and route-to-market strategies, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse market landscapes.

Mustafa Sidhwa has spent 30 years in marketing, and we can say that he hasn’t just let his hair turn grey in the sun, but with results. He has collaborated with iconic names like Aditya Birla, Rediff.com, Godrej, and Wipro, honing his craft at award-winning agencies such as Mouthshut.com, Performics India and JWT. With a knack for turning casual conversations into compelling pitches, Mustafa is the go-to expert for tackling any challenge. The senior figure who has it all figured out.
Sachin Ghanekar - Group Creative Director - Art
When it comes to Ad Awards, if you have heard about it, Sachin has probably won it!
- Born in idyllic Konkan who spent all his life in hyperactive Mumbai, a mix that influenced his visualization during those early years.
An illustrator at heart, who landed in the communication industry and since then has worked on brand identities, websites, experiential graphics, on-ground advertising, and AVs for major brands across FMCG, Media, Publications and Real estate categories!
When not on a work screen, He explores life through a camera’s viewfinder.
Prashant Jha - Creative Director
An Influencer, not the reel one, but a real one. Making his way with words.
Our Creative Director who started as a storyteller and has since then written multiple brand success stories, won their trust along with pitches, while constantly trying to make a difference. Be it for a food brand or finance, his creativity brings in the same level of result and resonance. Attempting to always tell the true tales. Be it to drive emotions or sales. Call it copywriting, conceptualising, visualising, directing, or any other thing.
Azmat Ali - Art Director
A student and lover of Fine Arts, Azmat has been operating as a creative
designer since 2007, being versatile in his work with a variety of major brands
like Sun Pharma, GSK, Novartis, HDFC Life, Saregama HMV, ICICI, Kriti Oil,
Navneet, Hathway, Total, DOMS, Nexon Paints, Patrika etc. just to name a few.
To add another degree to his merit, to develop his signature even in the world
of digital.
Aditi Sharma – Copywriter
Aditi Sharmaa is a soul who sees the extraordinary in the mundane. Having worked as an assistant director and a skilled author, she has always been captivated by the power of visuals and words. From childhood, poetry has been her constant companion, blossoming into a cherished collection that speaks of dreams and emotions. A lover of dance, she has embraced the graceful art of Kathak, intertwining movement with the poetry of life. Today, as a copywriter, each word is a brushstroke on the canvas of her creativity, illuminating a path where imagination knows no bounds.
Dishant Gharat - Senior Visualizer
Dishant is a true-blue graphic designer with a core experience of 9 years in this
field. His work has been synonymous with print advertising over the years,
which is now also migrating into digital advertising. A cricket enthusiast and a
music lover, Dishant rests his mind either hitting boundaries or by losing
himself to Bollywood and Marathi music.
Nitesh Rele - Visualizer
For Nitesh Creativity is liberty. He paints’, sketches, designs and delights. He
travels around the country and brings those experiences back on his canvas.
